 This button-style fridge magnet comes in 2 sizes.  Large is 3″ and small is 1″.  

Easy to adhere to your existing garments.  Place the patch on your garment in desired placement, cover it with a white cotton cloth.  Iron using medium/high heat for 1 minute. Delicately test if it has adhered, let cool before wearing.
